In this high-stakes futures game by the research company Strange Telemetry, each player is dealt three cards corresponding to a trend, a place and a year. With the cards, players weave a story about the future that would unfold — the most entertaining and compelling narrative wins. The trends are based on emerging and nascent ideas like ‘Rewilding’, ‘Artificial Empathy’, ‘Weather Weirding’ and ‘Class Warfare’, inviting the group to envision a future in which these conditions become part of our everyday lives.
