Lots of apps can help you sleep, but the Perfect Sleep app lets you achieve a state of ‘total sleep’. Based on the devices and apps that promise to improve your well-being, Perfect Sleep helps you maximise your sleep so that you have less impact on the planet. Along with custom day-beds created by the artists, the app promises to slowly increase your sleep over three years until you have reduced your footprint entirely. Would you power yourself down completely to save the planet? This project examines the limits of human productivity, efficiency and optimisation.
